This spiral pipe mill production line is roll forming pipe in spiral process with submerged-arc welding, the pipes produced application for API standard or SAW general purpose pipe.

Strip thickness: 0.3~30mm

In the forming machine zone are composition:
Coil prepare saddle with carriage
Decoiling machine
Edges milling unit
Leveling machine
Disc shear
Forming machine with run out roll table.

At pipes finishing zone we can supply equipment as below:
Pipe ends beveling machine or chamfering machine, hydraulic test machine, internal/external coating equipment, pipe end expanding machine , X ray testing machine, Ultrasonic testing machine.

De-coiler→ pinch feeding and leveling→ end cutting and butt welding→ powered vertical roller→ precision leveler→ rotary disc side trimming→ Edge milling→ feeding→ pre-bending  →input guiding plate →forming→ inside welding → outside welding→ in line ultrasonic detection→ cutting to length→ roller table→ pipe finishing area
process in pipe finishing area:
welding seam inspecting →welding slag clearing→ end facing & beveling
